The Lima-based company Sértice Arquitectos has designed the Seashore Home W-A that’s located south of Lima, Peru in Palillos Seashore. Constructed on a sloping lot that launched challenges, the house offers lovely views of the ocean, which was a requirement of the consumer. The house was constructed on three ranges, each of which choices quite a few provides and textures.

The bottom diploma is the family’s private area that houses 5 bedrooms, most of which have balconies and ocean views.

The doorway is technically on the third, or prime, diploma that is reached by a bridge. Once you enter into the first amount of the house, you step onto a platform that gives you views of the double peak central dwelling space beneath. You enter the world heading down a staircase.

The foremost diploma is the place the social area is situated. The world is closed off on the sides for privateness and to avoid the direct daylight. It’s moreover open to the deck and pool area and provides the right views.
