Accomplished in 2011, JKC1 is a spacious feng shui impressed house in Bukit Timah, Singapore designed by ONG&ONG. Sitting on a barely inclined slope of land with a pool inside the entrance yard, the trendy residence’s design is based on the feng shui notion that the “water” and “mountain” elements should be balanced.

The primary flooring accommodates the huge, open consuming and dwelling areas of the house and provides regular views of the pool and yard. A staircase inside the center of the house leads to the second flooring and an open courtyard. The second flooring houses the bedrooms, playroom, and a family area. Within the courtyard, there is a killer spiral staircase that takes you to the open rooftop terrace. The house is open and spacious with most rooms that features flooring to ceiling glass house home windows and sliding glass doorways.
